How This All Started ...
After working for over 30 years in the construction industry, something needed to change. And it did, but in an unexpected way. A load of fireword. It did create a spark, but not of fire. The wood was too beautiful to burn. A new passion was ignited. Teaming with his sister, Theresse, the two separated out the types of wood and designed their new functions. Cedar slats and the cedar, fir and pine peeler cores are purchased locally. From discarded wood, they create beautiful, practical, strong and enduring furniture. Come visit us at the Umpqua Valley Farmers’ Market and try out all the furniture for yourself! We are passionate and dedicated to our craft, and we believe it shows in the quality of work we do.
